Integrated Counseling

Why Integrated Counseling?

Integrated counseling is about working with you in the real world, and in your own community. We assist with life interactions such as finding new hobbies, gaining new friendships, and finding a sense of belonging. We work with you and your interests to ensure you are building a community of your own. Building a community with those who understand your experiences is an important aspect of the recovery process. Within this community you are able to share your experiences without judgement.

What We Focus On:

  • Navigate the world clean and sober.

  • Gain confidence in who you are

  • Find your worth

  • Elevate shame

  • Find meaning and purpose in your life.

  • Get acclimated to community recovery support groups.

  • Identify life goals, encouragement to help you achieve these goals.

  • Integrate physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, which helps lead to a fully recovered life.

How Integrated Counseling is Different:

  • We meet with you in your community to see first-hand what your triggers or obstacles are.

  • We provide empathetic listening. We listen to learn who you are and what you want in your life.

  • We use compassionate care. Our motto is “to love you until you’re able to love yourself”.

  • We integrate education. We help you as well as those you love in your life understand what substance use disorders are as well as what the recovery process can look like. (It is rarely as fast and direct as we would like.)

  • We use evidence-based practices, which have a history of showing they’ve worked for others.

  • We are available via phone, text and email during non-traditional business hours as we know crisis situations don’t typically follow specific hours.

We’ll do this together:
