Supportive Sober Housing

What is Included:

  • Medication Management

  • Case Management

  • Community outings

  • House meetings

How this helps someone recover:

  • Having your own private bedroom allows for some decompression time. In early recovery, most feelings seem to be amplified. Having space for quiet time helps gain endurance with all feelings and emotions, in the hopes of not becoming too overwhelmed.

  • Knowing there will be accountability in drug tests and breathalyzers helps lessen the thoughts and ideas of active addiction, which are often to try to “use a little, no one will know.”

  • It is easy to forget to take daily medications, or forget to fill them on time, which can lead to more stress and lessen the effectiveness of the medications. With our medication and case management, we help you with weekly medication kits, in addition to scheduling follow up doctor appointments and keeping your medication refills up to date.

  • Surrounding yourself with a community of people who are working on some of the same things you are generates connectedness and acceptance, which in turn helps build confidence. One of the ways to expedite gaining a community, is to have some fun together! Learning how to have fun while working on sobriety allows joy to come into our lives.
